My clutch on the compressor does not click on, although it is not frozen up as you can move it by hand (with the engine off obviously). The accelerator pedal, the hst linkage, the fuel lever and the hst lever. Very important. All these need simple adjustments to basically make sure you get full throttle and full hst engagement. This happens when car is turned off with some steering assist being applied (whether you know it or not). Often you have to manhandle the wheel in one direction or the other while turning the key. After installing the Bighorns on it, I took it to a really steep hill that the RTV900 could never climb. You can't get any run at the hill and it is extremely steep. It is also a pain to **** gears, but so far I have been able to eventually get it into the gear selected. You can switch out between implements in about 2 minutes. It has down pressure, float, and works very well. I got a 66" Snowblower, V Plow, and Rotary hyd ... Kubota L3200, Deere X380, Kubota RTV-X. There is a relieve valve that is actuated by cable when you press down on the brake pedal, and sometimes it needs to be adjusted (especially if the cable has stretched). So check on that. You must turn the A/C compressor on with the on/off switch. As for the blend door/valve issue, it is either a adjustment or blockage issue.
