Opk predicts BBT confirms. Of the two I like bbt more. I don’t find it difficult at all, but I’m still ttc#1 so no one wakes me up at night. Just set an alarm for the same time every morning and keep the thermometer and your phone or a pencil beside the Every cycle I have been able to measure the LH surge, and also the temp increase when I have ovulated and drop in BBT when AF is arriving. My FP/Ovulation has been all over the place though, so literally I measure OPK 2 times a day just to make sure I don't miss it. The range has been 18-37 days for ovulation - yup, that's a lot of OPKs!.
