Still own one XL and the X. They have become my EDC's, not both at the same time, and I am very pleased with them. With a MagGuts +2 spring kit, I get 15 rounds out of their 12-round mags with one in the pipe.The standard P365 will offer the best concealability and you can still use 12-round mags. However the longer frame on the P365 will make for a better shooter. Even with the 12-round extended mag in a std P365 I find I can handle and shoot the P365X better. It might be due to the slight flare at the base of the grip.

You can even get the slide milled for a Trijicon RMRcc and spend $500 on one of those.
